You can use this form to book an event and make a payment. Pay here ONLY if your event date has been confirmed by us. Please note: A time slot will be reserved for you once you have made a payment. If you want to make an additional payment, please do so using the Rental Rates > Make a Payment tab above.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The agreed hire charge has to be settled at latest 7 days BEFORE the date of hire. A £50 cleaning fee may be required in addition depending on the type of event booked; please check with the Bookings Manager. If no cleaning fee has been requested the room(s) used must be left in a state as they were before the event. If the room(s) are left in an untidy or dirty state, a £50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Preparation and clearance of the hall is the responsibility of the Hirer. The premises should be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. For any damages or loss, a replacement cost will be charged.

All rubbish should be put in black bin bags and taken with you. “Silly string”, balloons with paper, plastic or foil pieces inside, and any wall decorations (using sellotape, bluetack, pins etc) are not allowed.

The Hirer should take all precautions for the safety of all persons entering/using the premises during the period of hire. Foulsham Hall accepts no responsibility for any equipment or property brought into, or left on the premises, and take no responsibility for off-street parking.

Cancellation: One-off events: please give 21 days notice. Deposits are non-refundable - failure to give adequate notice will result in the deposit being retained. Block Bookings and payments for block bookings (i.e. over eight bookings) will need to be made each month, one month in advance, from the 28th of each month. Payment for events will be non-refundable unless notice is given more than 21 days before an event.
