Booking Opportunity Hall

The property comprises a large Church Hall, originally constructed in the early 20th Century, with ancillary meeting rooms, offices, kitchen facilities, a garden, storage and W.Cs. The property has since been extended to provide a new front entrance. By renting the building you get exclusivity to the whole building which is almost 1,900 sqft (180sqm)

Monday - Thurs and up to 5pm on Friday

Wonderful location for Mid week activities such as Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Dance, Ballet, Martial Arts, Kumon, Fairs, Workshops, Conferences,  Exhibitions and after school clubs (including Home work Club). Also available for Weddings, Family Celebrations and  Children's Parties. Capacity of 70 - 100 depending on Theatre style, round or rectangular sitting.  Kitchen and toilet facilities with the hall having it's own stage. Tables and chairs included in Hall Hire Price

Exclusive hire of the building includes, Kitchen and toilet facilities with the hall having it's own stage. Tables and chairs included in the Hall Hire Price. Upper Room is included in the whole building package which can be used for a variety of uses.

Children's Magician £250 less 20% if combined with Hall Hire

Hall Hire Booking Form

You can use this form to book an event and make a payment. Pay here ONLY if your event date has been confirmed by us. Please note: A time slot will be reserved for you once you have made a payment. If you want to make an additional payment, please do so using the Rental Rates > Make a Payment tab above.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The agreed hire charge has to be settled at latest 7 days BEFORE the date of hire. A £50 cleaning fee may be required in addition depending on the type of event booked; please check with the Bookings Manager. If no cleaning fee has been requested the room(s) used must be left in a state as they were before the event. If the room(s) are left in an untidy or dirty state, a £50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Preparation and clearance of the hall is the responsibility of the Hirer. The premises should be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. For any damages or loss, a replacement cost will be charged.

Thanks for submitting!

All rubbish should be put in black bin bags and taken with you. “Silly string”, balloons with paper, plastic or foil pieces inside, and any wall decorations (using sellotape, bluetack, pins etc) are not allowed.

​

The Hirer should take all precautions for the safety of all persons entering/using the premises during the period of hire. Foulsham Hall accepts no responsibility for any equipment or property brought into, or left on the premises, and take no responsibility for off-street parking.

​

Cancellation: One-off events: please give 21 days notice. Deposits are non-refundable - failure to give adequate notice will result in the deposit being retained. Block Bookings and payments for block bookings (i.e. over eight bookings) will need to be made each month, one month in advance, from the 28th of each month. Payment for events will be non-refundable unless notice is given more than 21 days before an event.

 

Rubbish you need to take away with you as we have no rubbish collection
